Tribal project definition

Tribal project means any effort whereby the Tribe or a Tribal entity contracts for labor and/or goods or services that will support or benefit any aspect of the Tribal government, holdings, infrastructure, workplace, economy or community.
Tribal project means any project or projects of the Tribe or any tribal enterprise to be financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of bonds issued for a public purpose.
Tribal project means any work entered into by an Employer pursuant to an agreement with the Tribe.
