Transit Service Traffic definition

Transit Service Traffic shall have the meaning set forth in Section I above titled "Scope".
Transit Service Traffic is Authorized Services traffic that originates on one Telecommunications Carrier’s network, “transits” the network Facilities of one or more other Telecommunications Carrier’s network(s) substantially unchanged, and terminates to yet another Telecommunications Carrier’s network.

Examples of Transit Service Traffic in a sentence

  • With respect to Meet-Point Transit Service Traffic, BA-__ and Carrier will exchange billing data and render bills under Multiple Xxxx/Single Tariff arrangements in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in MECAB.

  • BA-__ and Carrier agree to designate the points of interconnection for the purpose of terminating ITORP Transit Service Traffic which originates from an Independent Telephone Company or wireless carrier and terminates to Carrier.

  • BA-__ and Carrier will submit to CLECs separate bills under their respective tariffs for their portion of jointly-provided Meet-Point Transit Service Traffic.

  • BA-__ will, on behalf of Carrier, bill Exchange Carriers for intraLATA ITORP Transit Service Traffic, and collect compensation due Carrier based on Carrier’s established and legally-approved tariffed or negotiated rates utilizing ITORP.

Related to Transit Service Traffic

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.

  • In-service training means the formal and/or informal work related learning activities undertaken by an employee through opportunities provided by the employing agency, which contribute to an employee’s professional development and efficiency by:

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that, at the beginning of the call, originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • air traffic control service means a service provided for the purpose of:

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Basic Service Tier means a package of television channels offered by the IPTVO, consisting only of FTA channels.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Input Service Distributor means an office of the supplier of goods or services or both which receives tax invoices issued under section 31 towards the receipt of input services and issues a prescribed document for the purposes of distributing the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services to a supplier of taxable goods or services or both having the same Permanent Account Number as that of the said office;

  • Service Transfer means any transfer of the Services (or any part of the Services), for whatever reason, from the Supplier or any Sub-Contractor to a Replacement Supplier or a Replacement Sub-Contractor;

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.
