Metrolinx’s Project Company (Project Co.), Mosaic Transit Group (MTG), will perform all maintenance of Line 6 ▇▇▇▇▇ West in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement between Metrolinx and MTG.
All amounts in the Transit Payment Account (including any amounts received directly by any member of the Transit Group and which are held in trust for the Administrative Agent) shall (i) be subject to the Transit Payment Account Agent's control and (ii) if applicable, be applied to the prepayment of the Loans pursuant to Section 2.05.
