Transit Group definition

Transit Group means, collectively, the Borrower (with respect to the "transit" segment of its business), Guarantors and any other Domestic Subsidiary that is part of the "transit" segment of the Borrower's business.

  • Metrolinx’s Project Company (Project Co.), Mosaic Transit Group (MTG), will perform all maintenance of Line 6 ▇▇▇▇▇ West in accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement between Metrolinx and MTG.
