Imbalance Energy definition

Imbalance Energy has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of Energy, in any given settlement period, by which the amount of Delivered Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of energy in MWh, in any given Settlement Period or Settlement Interval, by which the amount of Facility Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.

More Definitions of Imbalance Energy

Imbalance Energy means Energy, measured in MWh, that (i) was not generated by the Facility but is delivered to PGE as a result of Ancillary Services provided by a Balancing Authority Area or Transmission Provider, or other entity, as applicable, and (ii) is generated by the Facility in excess of Facility Output and delivered to a balancing authority or Transmission Provider or other entity, as applicable.
Imbalance Energy means the deviation of supply or demand from the EIM Base Schedule, positive or negative, as measured by Fifteen Minute Market Schedules, Real-Time Dispatch, metered generation, metered load, or real-time Interchange or Intrachange schedules.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of Energy in MWh, in any given Settlement Period or Settlement Interval, by which the amount of PV Energy, Charging Energy, and/or Discharging Energy, as applicable, deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.
Imbalance Energy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Imbalance Energy means the difference between the energy scheduled by the Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator to the CAISO and the real time energy generated by the Generating Facility as measured by the Generating Plant Electric Revenue Meter.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of energy, in any given hour, by which the amount of Delivered Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.
Imbalance Energy means the amount of Energy, in any given Settlement Period orSettlement Interval, by which the amount of Metered Energy deviates from the amount of Scheduled Energy.
