Transco Interconnection Agreement means that certain Interconnect and Delivery Lateral Reimbursement and Operating Agreement, by and between BEC and Transco, dated as of April 15, 2009, as amended by Amendment to Interconnect and Delivery Lateral Reimbursement and Operating Agreement, dated June 8, 2009, and Second Amendment to Interconnect and Delivery Lateral Reimbursement and Operating Agreement, dated September 25, 2009.

Related to Transco Interconnection Agreement

  • Interconnection Agreement means an agreement between Seller and the Interconnecting Utility and ISO-NE, as applicable, regarding the interconnection of the Facility to the Transmission System of the Interconnecting Utility, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE.   • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Reasonable inquiry means an inquiry designed to uncover any information in the entity's possession about the identity of the producer or provider of covered telecommunications equipment or services used by the entity that excludes the need to include an internal or third-party audit. Roaming means cellular communications services (e.g., voice, video, data) received from a visited network when unable to connect to the facilities of the home network either because signal coverage is too weak or because traffic is too high. Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.

  • Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;

  • Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreements between a Hotel Management Company and Lessee and/or Landlord, as applicable, as such management agreements are amended from time to time for the Hotel.
