Tranche B Funding Date definition

Tranche B Funding Date means, with respect to the Tranche B Loan, the date on which the Lender makes the Tranche B Loan pursuant to the Notice of Tranche B Borrowing received from the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

• Subject to Section 2.01, Borrower shall, simultaneous with the execution of this Amended Agreement, give the Lender notice, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E (the “Notice of Borrowing”) that Borrower wishes to borrow a principal amount equal to the Tranche B Commitment on the Tranche B Funding Date.
