Tranche B Term Lender definition

Tranche B Term Lender each Lender that has a Tranche B Term Commitment or that holds a Tranche B Term Loan.
Tranche B Term Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Term Commitment or a Tranche B Term Loan.
Tranche B Term Lender any Lender having a Tranche B Term Loan Commitment and/or a Tranche B Term Loan outstanding hereunder.
