Trail Improvement Plan definition

Trail Improvement Plan means all improvements and amenities to be provided by Franchisee after the execution of this Agreement pursuant to Section 7 and Exhibit 6 to enhance the appearance, safety, function, feel, use and operation of the Capital Crescent Trail, including but not limited to the shoulders on either side of the Capital Crescent Trail, resurfacing and/or restoration of the pavement of the Capital Crescent Trail, enhanced landscaping, fencing, bench relocations, lighting, and signage which it must maintain in good condition throughout the term of this Agreement, all substantially as shown on Exhibit 3. Once constructed and installed, the Trail Improvements (except for architectural panels on the Garage and the fencing separating the Capital Crescent Trail from Ourisman Honda’s operations) shall become and remain the property of the County, and Franchisee shall have no right or title to any of them except as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Public improvement costs means the costs of:

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Disabled parking license plate means a license plate that displays the international symbol of access

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Substantial improvement means any combination of repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition, or other improvement of a structure, taking place during any one-year period for which the cost equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the “start of construction” of the improvement. This term includes structures which have incurred “substantial damage”, regardless of the actual repair work performed. The term does not, however, include either:
