Traffic Monitoring definition

Traffic Monitoring means the viewing and management of vehicular traffic through the adjustment of traffic signals, whether performed manually or by computer, to facilitate the free flow of automobiles on the streets of the City of Stamford. In no event shall Traffic Monitoring be interpreted to include enforcement of minor, routine traffic violations.
