Town Charter definition

Town Charter means the Town Charter of the Town of Amherst, Virginia, Chapter 397 of the 1950 Acts of Assembly, as amended.
Town Charter means the Charter of the Town adopted pursuant to the laws of the State and amended thereafter from time to time.
Town Charter means the Town Charter of the Town of Ashland, Virginia, Chapter 579 of the 1980 Acts of Assembly, as amended.
