Total Contract Quantity shall be equal to the sum of all DCQs during Delivery Period.
The Total Contract Quantity for Exhibit “A”, which is Seller’s total obligation herein to sell and deliver a quantity of Product, shall be reduced at the end of each Contract Year on a cumulative basis through the Term of this Contract (“Contract Quantity Balance”), by the greater of: (i) the actual quantity of Product delivered to Buyer in that Contract Year, or (ii) by the Annual Quantity applicable for that Contract Year, until the Contract Quantity Balance equals zero.
