Net Invoice Price definition

Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.
Net Invoice Price means the total price at which an Order is invoiced to the customer including any increase or decrease in the amount of the Order, but excluding commissions payable to distributors, shipping costs, mailing costs, taxes, custom duties, transportation, insurance, duties and any allowances or discounts granted to the customer by the Corporation.
Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories, any discount given and retailer fitted accessories, but excluding road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and/or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity. Retailer fitted accessories and extras are included up to a maximum total as specified on Your certificate of insurance.

  • Except as set forth in Section 8.1, this Agreement may be terminated by Principal upon 120 days prior written notice to Agent after the occurrence of any of the following events: (i) a material change in the management, ownership or control or Agent; or (ii) the aggregate Net Invoice Price or the Products sold by Agent in the Territory in the relevant Contract Period is less than the Minimum Net Sales Target.

Net Invoice Price means the total invoice price at which the sale is invoiced to the customer, excluding all shipping and mailing costs, taxes, duties, insurance, any allowances or discounts granted to the customer and all charges for installation or instruction., including but not limited to Market Development Funds, co-op or SPA allowances.
Net Invoice Price means the price at which the products or services are actually sold to the customer after excluding all shipping costs and any other allowances expressly granted to the customer by the Principal including, but not limited to taxes, discounts, and insurance.

Net Invoice Price means the gross invoice price charged by Licensee, a Sublicensee or a Further Sublicensee for a Licensed Product or a Combination Product (in its entirety) less the items specified in Paragraphs 1.19.1-1.19.6, to the extent that such items actually pertain to the disposition of such Licensed Product or Combination Product and are separately billed: 1.19.1.
