Net Invoice Price definition

Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.
Net Invoice Price means the total price at which an order is invoiced to the customer, including an increase of decrease in the total amount of the order, but excluding shipping and mailing costs; taxes, insurance, and any allowances or discounts granted to the customer by Protective Enterprises.
Net Invoice Price means the gross invoice price charged and the value of any other consideration received by LICENSEE for the Sale of a Licensed Product or Licensed Service, less the following items, but only to the extent that they actually pertain to the Sale of such Licensed Product or Licensed Service, and are separately billed:

Retailer fitted accessories and extras are included up to a maximum total as specified on Your certificate of insurance.
Net Invoice Price means the price at which the products or services are actually sold to the customer after excluding all shipping costs and any other allowances expressly granted to the customer by the Principal including, but not limited to taxes, discounts, and insurance.
