  • Borrower will maintain or cause the Timeshare Association affiliated with such Timeshare Project to maintain a reasonable reserve to assure compliance with the terms of the foregoing sentence.

  • Such other information respecting the business, properties, assets, operations and condition, financial or otherwise, of Borrower, Guarantor, any Timeshare Association and any Timeshare Project as Lender may from time to time reasonably request.
