Association Created. By this declaration, declarant declares the existence of Homeowners Association as an unincorporated nonprofit Association under Idaho Code § 53-701 et seq. The purpose and powers of the Association shall be all of the purposes and powers set forth in this declaration. The Association shall perform the duties and enforce the covenants and restrictions set forth in this declaration.
