Territory 1 means the [***].
Territory 1 means all territories in which Group Companies are making or have contracted to make sales of Restricted Products or are providing or have contracted to provide Restricted Services as at the Closing Date;
Territory 1 means the territory consisting of the United States of America and Canada.
