Definition of Term Loan B Exposure


Term Loan B Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loan B of such Lender and (ii) such Lenders Term Loan B Commitment.

Aggregate Term Loan B Exposure Percentage: with respect to any Term Loan B Lender at any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Term Loan B Lenders Aggregate Term Loan B Exposure at such time to the Aggregate Term Loan B Exposure of all Term Loan B Lenders at such time.
