Tranche B Term Loan Exposure definition

Tranche B Term Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Lender as of any date of determination (i) prior to the funding of the Tranche B Term Loans, that Lender's Tranche B Term Loan Commitment and (ii) after the funding of the Tranche B Term Loans, the outstanding principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loan of that Lender.

Tranche B Term Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, as of any date of determination, the outstanding principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loans of such Lender.
