Definition of Term Loan A Exposure

  1. Term Loan A Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, as of any date of determination, the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loan A of such Lender; provided that at any time prior to the making of the Term Loan A, the Term Loan A Exposure of any Lender shall be equal to such Lender's Term Loan A Commitment.
