Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure definition

Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Outstanding Credit Exposure of all the Lenders.
Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure is defined in Section 2.4(b)(ii) hereof.
Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means as at any date of determination with respect to any Lender, the sum of such Lender’s Aggregate Dollar Outstanding Credit Exposure and Aggregate Multicurrency Outstanding Credit Exposure on such date.

  • If any Lender, whether in connection with setoff or amounts which might be subject to setoff or otherwise, receives collateral or other protection for its Obligations or such amounts which may be subject to setoff, such Lender agrees, promptly upon demand, to take such action necessary such that all Lenders share in the benefits of such collateral or other protection ratably in proportion to their respective Pro Rata Shares of the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure.
