Temporary Global Note definition

Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer; Tranche means Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing); and
Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A or Part C of Schedule 1, as the case may be
Temporary Global Note means a Temporary Global Note substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Temporary Global Note) to the Programme Manual.

Examples of Temporary Global Note in a sentence

  • Upon each such notice being given, this Temporary Global Note shall become void to the extent of the nominal amount stated in such notice, save to the extent that the appropriate Direct Rights shall fail to take effect, for whatever reason.

  • The holder hereof may from time to time exercise the right to declare Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note due and payable following an Event of Default in accordance with the Conditions by stating in a notice given to the Fiscal Agent the nominal amount of Notes (which may be less than the outstanding nominal amount hereof) to which such notice relates.

  • In witness whereof the Issuer has caused this Temporary Global Note to be duly signed on its behalf.

  • For the purpose of any payments made in respect of this Temporary Global Note, the words “in the relevant place of presentation” shall not apply in the definition of “business day” in Condition 6(g) of the Terms and Conditions of the Senior Notes in the case of Senior Notes or Condition 6.4 of the Terms and Conditions of the Deeply Subordinated Notes in the case of Deeply Subordinated Notes.

  • On or after the Exchange Date, the outstanding nominal amount of this Temporary Global Note may be exchanged for Definitive Notes in accordance with the next paragraph.


More Definitions of Temporary Global Note

Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A or Part C of Schedule 1, as the case may be;
Temporary Global Note shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.04(b).
Temporary Global Note is defined in Section 205.
Temporary Global Note means a temporary global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms annexed thereto with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s), comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series, issued by the relevant Issuer pursuant to the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) relating to the Programme, the Agency Agreement and these presents; these presents means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any trust deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto and the Notes, the Coupons, the Talons, the Conditions and, unless the context otherwise requires, the Final Terms, all as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions herein or therein contained; Tranche means all Notes which are identical in all respects (including as to listing);
Temporary Global Note means the temporary global note which will represent the Notes on issue substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2
Temporary Global Note has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A of Schedule 1 (Form of CGN Temporary Global Note) or Part C of Schedule 1 (Form of NGN Temporary Global Note) as the case may be.
