Permanent Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series, either on issue or upon exchange of a temporary Global Note, or part of it, and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part B or Part D of Schedule 1, as the case may be;

Permanent Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer;

Permanent Global Note means a Permanent Global Note substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Form of Permanent Global Note) to the Programme Manual;

Examples of Permanent Global Note in a sentence

• The aggregate principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Note may from time to time be increased or decreased by adjustments made on the records of the Trustee and the Depositary or its nominee, as the case may be, in connection with transfers of interests as hereinafter provided.

• Upon exchange of this Temporary Global Note for a Permanent Global Note, the Trustee shall cancel this Temporary Global Note.
