Definition of Technology Patents


Technology Patents means any Licensed Patent that is not a Product Patent, including, but not limited to, Licensed Patents that contain claims generally covering the Technology.

Examples of Technology Patents in a sentence

Each Party will cooperate reasonably in the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of the other Partys Patents, the Product-Specific Technology Patents and the Joint Patents.
Akcea will control and be responsible for Prosecuting and Maintaining (i) the Akcea Core Technology Patents, and (ii) Akcea Manufacturing and Analytical Patents, including any Jointly-Owned Program Patents in (i) or (ii).
