Target Ratio definition

Target Ratio for each calendar month shall mean the amount specified in Schedule IV with respect to such month.
Target Ratio has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).
Target Ratio. With respect to any Class of Notes, a fraction equal to (a) the Target Fraction for such Class of Notes over (b) the sum of the Target Fractions for such Class of Notes and all other Classes of Notes that are senior to such Class of Notes.
