Performance Percentage Sample Clauses
The Performance Percentage clause defines the specific proportion of work or deliverables that must be completed to meet contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines how much of a project or service must be finished before certain payments are released or milestones are considered achieved; for example, a contract may require 80% completion of a task before the next installment is paid. Its core function is to provide clear benchmarks for progress, ensuring both parties have a mutual understanding of when obligations are met and reducing disputes over partial performance.
