Value of Performance Units. Each Performance Unit shall have an initial value that is established by the Committee on or before the Grant Date.
Value of Performance Units. Each Performance Unit represents and has a value equal to one dollar.
Value of Performance Units. On the Grant Date, each Performance Unit shall have a Value of $100.00. Thereafter, except as provided in Section 8(b) below, each Performance Unit shall have a Value equal to result of the following equation: $100.00 x (1.00 + annualized Modified Return on Equity)^3.

Value of Performance Units. The Target value of the award of Performance Units is $310,000. The actual value of the Performance Units will be determined by achievement of the Financial Goals below for 75% of the value ($232,500) and achievement of the Department Goals set forth on Appendix A for 25% of the value of the achievement ($77,500); provided, however, no Performance Units will be earned if both of the Financial Goals do not achieve at least the Threshold level.
Value of Performance Units. Subject to the forfeiture provisions contained in Sections 4 and 5, each Performance Unit granted hereunder shall entitle the Awardee, pursuant to Section 7, to receive a cash payment from the Company equal to One Dollar ($1.00).
Value of Performance Units. SHARES AND CASH-BASED AWARDS. Each Performance Unit shall have an initial value that is established by the Committee at the time of grant. Each Performance Share shall have an initial value equal to or greater than the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of grant. Each Cash-Based Award shall have a value as may be determined by the Committee. The Committee shall set performance goals in its discretion which, depending on the extent to which they are met, will determine the number and/or value of Performance Units/Shares and Cash-Based Awards that will be paid out to the Participant. For purposes of this Article 9, the time period during which the performance goals must be met shall be called a 'Performance Period.'
