Performance Unit Value definition

Performance Unit Value means, with respect to any Performance Objective, $0 if the Threshold Performance Level is not attained; $75.00 if the Threshold Performance Level is attained but the Target Performance Level is not attained; $100.00 if the Target Performance Level is attained but the Maximum Performance Level is not attained; and $200.00 if the Maximum Performance Level is attained.

Examples of Performance Unit Value in a sentence

  • The actual Performance Unit Value will be determined based upon Comdisco's Total Shareholder Return over the Performance Period.

  • At the end of the Performance Period, the Compensation Committee shall value each Performance Unit using the Performance Unit Value Matrix set forth in Exhibit A and the Corporation’s actual results during the Performance Period.

  • Restricted Stock - You may elect to have 100% of the actual Performance Unit Value paid in the form of Restricted Stock.

  • The annual sum payment and Performance Unit Value should be subject to annual adjustment to take account of inflation.

  • In no event shall the payments (or Discount Value of Stock Options, as applicable) forfeited by the Executive in accordance with Section 3 increase (or decrease) the Bonus Pool or the Performance Unit Value of the Performance Units of any other Plan Participant.

  • Net Performance Unit Value shall be determined on an annual basis (or at more frequent intervals as the Company may determine from time to time in its sole discretion), and shall be communicated to the Optionee within a reasonable time following the determination of such value.

Related to Performance Unit Value

  • Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Performance Share means an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine pursuant to Section 10.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Cash Performance Award means an Award that is denominated by a cash amount to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof and payable based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Phantom Share means a right, pursuant to the Plan, of the Grantee to payment of the Phantom Share Value.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Share Unit means a unit credited by means of an entry on the books of the Corporation to a Participant pursuant to the Plan, representing the right to receive, subject to and in accordance with the Plan, for each Vested Share Unit one Share, at the time, in the manner, and subject to the terms, set forth in the Plan and the applicable Grant Agreement;

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.
