Target Insiders definition

Target Insiders means those officers and directors of Target who will become subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act as insiders of Buyer in conjunction with the Merger.
Target Insiders means those officers and directors of Target who are subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16(a) of the Exchange Act and who are listed in the Section 16 Information.
