Target Stockholder Meeting definition

Target Stockholder Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.22 hereof.
Target Stockholder Meeting means the meeting at which the record holders of Target Common Shares shall actually vote with respect to the adoption of this Agreement.
