Stock Exchange Rules definition

Stock Exchange Rules means the rules of any stock exchange on which the Corporation’s securities are traded.

The audit committee shall be made up of such number of Independent Directors as required from time to time by the Designated Stock Exchange Rules or otherwise required by applicable law.
