For so long as the Company is listed on the ASX, the rights of Holder will be changed to the extent necessary to comply with the ASX Listing Rules applying to a reorganization of capital at the time of the reorganization.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Warrant, to the extent of any inconsistency: (i) between this Warrant and the ASX Listing Rules, the ASX Listing Rules prevail; and (ii) between this Section 7 and the other terms of this Warrant, this Section 7 prevails.
