SW Fund definition

SW Fund means Scotia Waterous Energy Capital Fund (United States) Limited Partnership, Scotia Waterous Energy Capital Fund (Canada) Limited Partnership, or any analogous entities that are used to form, organize or establish such funds, and their respective Affiliates and partners, officers, directors and employees (and members of their respective Immediate Families and trusts for the primary benefit of such family members), any co-investment vehicle organized by the management of any of the foregoing, or any managed account that is managed by Scotia Waterous (USA) Inc., any of the foregoing or any of their respective Affiliates.

  • New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.

  • Surplus Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to the Second Resolution.

  • Escrow Fund means the escrow fund established pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Special Fund means any fund other than the city general fund.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Indemnity Escrow Fund means the Indemnity Escrow Amount deposited with the Escrow Agent, as such sum may be increased or decreased as provided in this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, including any remaining interest or other amounts earned thereon.

  • General Account consists of all our assets other than those held in any separate investment accounts.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • Expense Account The account established pursuant to Section 10.3(c).

  • Escrow Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Excess Interest Distribution Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(e) of this Agreement in trust for the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates, which (subject to changes in the identities of the Certificate Administrator and/or the Trustee) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Class S – Excess Interest Distribution Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall be held solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause [10]. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Indemnity Escrow Account means the escrow account established by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement for purposes of holding the Indemnity Escrow Amount.
