Revenue Fund definition

Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

Revenue Fund means the Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof. “Rule 15c2-12” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.06 hereof. “SEC” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.06 hereof.

• The Base Rentals Fund, the Project Fund, the Extraordinary Revenue Fund, and any other fund or account created hereunder shall be held by the Trustee, for the benefit of the Owners as specified in this Indenture; provided that the moneys held in the Rebate Fund pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.3 hereof shall be held and applied solely for the purposes and in the manner described in Section 5.3 hereof.

• The District shall deposit or cause to be deposited all PPRTA Tax Revenue into the PPRTA Tax Revenue Fund promptly upon receipt thereof.
