Sustainability Metric Components definition

Sustainability Metric Components means, for any calendar year of the Borrower, the combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions of the Parent Guarantor, the Borrower and their respective Controlled Subsidiaries for such calendar year (determined in all material respects in conformity with the GRI Standards), less any qualified emissions offsets (including, but not limited to, renewable energy certificates) of the Parent Guarantor, the Borrower and their respective Controlled Subsidiaries during such calendar year, in each case, with respect to the Boundary Properties (subject to the Rolling Base Year Methodology). Qualified emissions offsets include any offsets used to calculate Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for reporting emissions in the applicable annual Sustainability Metric Report, including any offsets in which Parent Guarantor, Borrower and/or any of their respective Controlled Subsidiaries has an interest as a result of purchasing environmental attributes of projects other than those owned directly by the Parent Guarantor, the Borrower and/or any of their respective Controlled Subsidiaries.
Sustainability Metric Components means for any fiscal year of the Borrower, (a) the total Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during such fiscal year minus (b) qualified emissions offsets (including, but not limited to, renewable energy certificates) of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during such fiscal year (including any such offsets in which Borrower and/or any of its Subsidiaries has an interest including as a result of purchasing environmental attributes of projects other than those owned directly by the Borrower and/or any Subsidiary), in each case, as set forth in the Sustainability Report of such fiscal year.

Related to Sustainability Metric Components

  • Sustainability means the use, development, and protection of resources at a rate and in a manner that enables people to meet their current needs while allowing future generations to meet their own needs; “sustainability” requires simultaneously meeting environmental, economic and community needs.

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Corrective Measure means a last resort measure taken by all NEMOs in case of performance degradation of the price coupling algorithm or of the continuous trading matching algorithm with the aim to restore their adequate performance.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
