Controlled Subsidiaries definition

Controlled Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, an equity or other ownership interest equal to or greater than 50 percent.
Controlled Subsidiaries means any Subsidiary of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Controlled Subsidiaries means a Member and its controlled subsidiaries excluding the Company and its Subsidiaries.
