Supplier Settlement Date definition

Supplier Settlement Date means the date for payment by IBM GF to the Supplier of a Settlement Amount, depending, in the case of each individual Receivable, on the date when such Receivable is included in a Credit Report as a Purchased Receivable and is the number of days (corresponding to the table in Schedule A) after the Sunday of the applicable Download Week relating to the relevant Receivable (unless such date for payment is not a Business Day, in which case the Supplier Settlement Date shall be the next occurring Business Day).
Supplier Settlement Date means the date payment of the Settlement Amount by IBM GF is due to the Supplier, which shall be the date which is 15 calendar days after the Sunday of the applicable Download Week (unless such date is not a Business Day in which case the Supplier Settlement Date shall be the next occurring Business Day).
Supplier Settlement Date means the date payment of the Settlement Amount by IBM UK is due to the Supplier, which shall be the date which is 15 calendar days after the Sunday of the applicable Download Week (unless such date is not a Business Day in which case the Supplier Settlement Date shall be the next occurring Business Day).

  • Any sums of money received by IBM GF from a Buyer and applied to a Recourse Receivable which has been repurchased by the Supplier shall be held in trust for the benefit of the Supplier and promptly transferred to the Supplier by IBM GF either in cash or, at IBM GF’s option, added to the Settlement Amount payable to IBM GF on the next Supplier Settlement Date.

  • Debit Notes To the extent not already credited in the calculation of any Settlement Amount, the amount of any Credit Notes issued relating to a Purchased Receivable and not included in such calculation shall be applied to reduce the Settlement Amount owed by IBM GF to the Supplier on the next Supplier Settlement Date.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.
