Summary Settlement Notice definition

Summary Settlement Notice means the Summary Notice of (I) Proposed Settlement and Plan of Allocation; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A, to be published as set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order.

Summary Settlement Notice means the publication notice which is to be substantially in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit 12.

Summary Settlement Notice or “Short Form Notice” means the Summary Class Notice of proposed class action settlement, to be disseminated substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached to this Agreement. Any changes to the Summary Settlement Notice or Short Form Notice from the form set forth in Exhibit C must be jointly approved by Class Counsel and COACH’s Counsel.
