Suicide Risk Assessment means a best practice assessment supported by research to determine an individual’s risk for suicide.

Suicide Risk Assessment means a comprehensive evaluation, usually performed by a clinician, to evaluate suspected suicide risk in an individual, estimate the immediate danger, and decide on a course of treatment. May also be called Risk Assessment.
