Subordinated Loan Documents definition

Subordinated Loan Documents means the Subordinated Credit Agreement, the promissory notes executed and delivered pursuant to the Subordinated Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, instrument, or document executed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their Responsible Officers in connection with the Subordinated Credit Agreement.
Subordinated Loan Documents means at any time the agreements and other documents then governing the Subordinated Indebtedness.
Subordinated Loan Documents the collective reference to the Subordinated Note and any other documents or instruments that from time to time evidence the Subordinated Obligations or secure or support payment or performance thereof.

  • To the extent any Subordinated Indebtedness is outstanding, the Obligations constitute “senior indebtedness,” “designated senior indebtedness” or any other such comparable term under, and as defined in, the Subordinated Loan Documents related thereto.

More Definitions of Subordinated Loan Documents

Subordinated Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Subordinated Loan Agreement.
Subordinated Loan Documents means all loan documents, notes, security agreements, mortgages, including, without limitation, those certain documents made by Borrower creating a second lien upon the Project and any other documents evidencing and securing the Subordinated Loan, in effect on the date hereof, as the same may be modified, amended, restated, supplemented, replaced or extended, from time to time, in accordance with the terms hereof.
Subordinated Loan Documents means all documentation evidencing the Subordinated Indebtedness.
Subordinated Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as such term is defined in the Subordinated Note Agreement and any documents, instruments and agreements entered into in connection with any amendment, supplement, restatement, replacement or refinancing thereof, as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Subordinated Note Agreement and the Subordination Agreement.
Subordinated Loan Documents means all credit accommodations, notes, loan agreements and any other agreements and documents, now or hereafter existing, creating, evidencing, guarantying, securing or relating to any or all of the Subordinated Liabilities, together with all amendments, modifications, renewals or extensions thereof.
Subordinated Loan Documents means the instruments and agreements to which the Borrower is a party evidencing or relating to any Subordinated Debt.
