Submission List definition

Submission List means a list in the form of Schedule B-I or B-II to the form of Borrowing Request.
Submission List means a listing and description in the form of the appropriate attachment to Exhibit B (or another form acceptable to the Agent) of Collateral that is being Pledged to the Agent — and, for each item of Collateral other than Wet Loans, the File is being sent to the Custodianby or on behalf of a Company, and or before the date of the related Advance, and for each item of Collateral listed in which the relevant Company has delivered (or is delivering substantially concurrently with such Submission List) to the Custodian a Warehouse Transmission File.
