Exclusion List definition

Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
Exclusion List means a list containing products that are excluded from the extension of tariff preferences under the CEPT Scheme.
