Sub-Bidder definition

Sub-Bidder means any entity to which the Bidder subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 3 and 4.
Sub-Bidder means an entity to whom the Bidder intends to subcontract any part of the Services while remaining responsible to the Client during the performance of the Contract.
