Strike Day definition

Strike Day means each date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms. “Strike Period” means the period specified as the Strike Period in the Issue Terms. “Trading Disruption” means:
Strike Day means each date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms and, if Averaging Date Consequences are specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, the provisions contained in the definition of "Averaging Date" shall apply mutatis mutandis as if references in such provisions to "Averaging Date" were to "Strike Day";
Strike Day means the dates specified in paragraph 17; "Strike Percentage" means 100 per cent.;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, when determining (i) above the SPS Valuation Date shall never refer to the Strike Day.

  • SPS Valuation Date means each SPS ER Valuation Date or the relevant Strike Day, as applicable.

Related to Strike Day

  • Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.

  • Strike Price means, except as otherwise provided by the Committee in the case of Substitute Awards, (i) in the case of a SAR granted in tandem with an Option, the Exercise Price of the related Option, or (ii) in the case of a SAR granted independent of an Option, the Fair Market Value on the Date of Grant.

  • Strike Level means the Strike Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.

  • Disrupted Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange or any Related Exchange fails to open for trading during its regular trading session or on which a Market Disruption Event has occurred.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • FX Business Day is any day when (a) Bank’s Foreign Exchange Department is conducting its normal business and (b) the Foreign Currency being purchased or sold by Borrower is available to Bank from the entity from which Bank shall buy or sell such Foreign Currency.

  • Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.

  • A day means a day 24 hours from midnight to the next midnight irrespective of the numbers of hours worked in that day.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Settlement Day means, in relation to a date, (i) with respect to a transfer of cash or other property (other than securities), the next Local Business Day and (ii) with respect to a transfer of securities, the first Local Business Day after such date on which settlement of a trade in the relevant securities, if effected on such date, would have been settled in accordance with customary practice when settling through the clearance system agreed between the parties for delivery of such securities or, otherwise, on the market in which such securities are principally traded (or, in either case, if there is no such customary practice, on the first Local Business Day after such date on which it is reasonably practicable to deliver such securities).

  • Show Day means not more than one local show day observed on an employee's ordinary working day, other than a Saturday or a Sunday, in the city, town or district in which the employee is employed; or such other day which, in the absence of such a local show day, is agreed on by the employee and the employer, therefore making a total of 11 paid public holidays per year.

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Quotation Day means, in relation to any period for which an interest rate is to be determined, two (2) Business Days before the first day of that period.

  • Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project pursuant to a Curtailment Order.

  • Reference Day means each Business Day in the relevant Interest Period, other than any Business Day in the Lock-out Period;

  • Per day means per calendar day or part thereof.

  • Dealing Day means every Business Day from Monday to Saturday of every week. Units will be available for dealing (purchase, redemption, transfer, switching etc) on Dealing Days during Cut-off Time. Provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven days notice in two widely circulated English or Urdu newspapers in Pakistan declare any particular Business Day(s) not to be a Dealing Day(s).

  • CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

  • Exercise Date means the last day of each Offering Period.

  • Transaction Day means each twenty-four (24) hour period or portion thereof, for which a customer of a Rental Car Concessionaire rents, or otherwise enters into a similar arrangement for the use of a Motor Vehicle and for which the Rental Car Concessionaire collects revenue from the customer. Late returns (after twenty-four (24) hours) shall be considered a Transaction Day.

  • Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.
