Pricing Period definition

Pricing Period means the five (5) consecutive Trading Days after the Advance Notice Date.
Pricing Period means the period beginning on the Put Notice Date and ending on and including the date that is five (5) Trading Days after such Put Notice Date.
Pricing Period means, unless otherwise shortened under the terms of this Agreement, the period beginning on the Business Day immediately following the Put Date and ending on and including the date which is 20 Business Days after such Put Date.

Examples of Pricing Period in a sentence

  • An Advance Notice selecting an Option 1 Pricing Period shall only be delivered on a Trading Day and shall be deemed delivered on the day such notice is received by e-mail.

  • Upon receipt of an Advance Notice, the Investor shall promptly (and, with respect to an Advance Notice selecting an Option 1 Pricing Period, in no event more than one-half hour after receipt) provide written confirmation (which may be by e-mail) of receipt of such Advance Notice, and which confirmation, in the case of an Advance Notice selecting an Option 1 Pricing Period, shall specify the commencement time of the Option 1 Pricing Period.

  • Except with respect to the first Advance Notice, the applicable Pricing Period for all prior Advances shall have been completed and the Company shall have delivered all Shares relating to all prior Advances.

More Definitions of Pricing Period

Pricing Period. For any Purchased Asset, (a) in the case of the first Remittance Date for such Purchased Asset, the period from the Purchase Date for such Purchased Asset to but excluding such Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Remittance Date, the one-month period commencing on and including the prior Remittance Date and ending on but excluding such Remittance Date; provided, that no Pricing Period for a Purchased Asset shall end after the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset to the extent such Purchased Asset is actually repurchased on such Repurchase Date.
Pricing Period means (a) the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the first Pricing Occurrence to occur thereafter and (b) each subsequent period commencing on the date of a Pricing Occurrence and ending on the next Pricing Occurrence to occur.
Pricing Period means ten (10) consecutive trading days preceding the receipt of the applicable Put Notice.
