Price Source Disruption definition

Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.
Price Source Disruption means in relation to the Underlying Exchange Rate that on the relevant date and time the Underlying Exchange Rate is not displayed on the Price Source.

Price Source Disruption means, in relation to a Relevant Rate, such Relevant Rate is not available for any reason as determined by the Calculation Agent;
