Streamway means stream dependent corridor of single or multiple, wet or dry channel, or channels within which the usual seasonal or storm water run-off peaks are contained, and within which environment the flora, fauna, soil and topography is dependent on or influenced by the height and velocity of the fluctuating river currents.
