Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.
Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.
Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.
Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.
Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;
Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.
ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.
Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected. “Installation Fee” – the combined charge for the survey, equipment and the Installation Service, including excess construction charges, as specified on the Service Agreement or other amended documentation following site survey.
Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).
public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;
Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.
Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15
Network Service Provider means an intermediary;
telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;
Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.
Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).
Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.
Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.
