Solar energy facility definition

Solar energy facility means a facility where electricity is generated for commercial use by 1098 capturing energy by photovoltaic systems or solar thermal systems, excluding residential systems and 1099 any system where the electricity generated at the facility is intended primarily for use on-site.
Solar energy facility means the photoelectric solar generation facility described in Appendix A.
