Sludge materials definition

Sludge materials means solid, semi-solid, or liquid materials derived from sludge and includes products from a treatment works that result from the treatment, blending, or composting of sludge.
Sludge materials means sludge materials, as defined in section 6111.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes.   • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
