SLF definition

SLF means the site/s where the Concessionaire conducts a final and safe disposal of Residual Inert Matter, Residual Solid Waste and inert waste, which is designed with protective measures against pollution of ground water, surface water and fugitive air dust, wind-blown litter, bad odour, fire hazard, animal menace, bird menace, pests or rodents, green-house gas emissions, persistent organic pollutants slope instability and erosion in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
SLF means a Supportive Living Facility under the Supportive Living Program for the frail elderly, administered by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
SLF means that certain Government real property, commonly known as the Shuttle Landing Facility ("SLF"), which under this Agreement SPFL is entitled to occupy, develop, operate, and maintain for the purposes set forth herein, and which is more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto, together with the infrastructure, roads, streets, sidewalks, utilities, fencing, fixtures and improvements located thereon, made by NASA, and existing at the time of signature of the agreement. The property is generally located south of Beach Road, west of Xxxxxxx Parkway, and north of Banana Creek.

Examples of SLF in a sentence

  • Tenant desires to perform Licensed Commercial Space Flight Activities at the SLF, such activities will be subject to and covered under a separate Agreement to be executed between the parties.

  • For cleanup actions completed during a calendar quarter, Tenant shall deliver cleanup reports to the SLF Airfield Manager and NASA KSC CAB no later than the end of the following calendar quarter.

  • The NASA KSC Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO) will provide to the SPFL an inventory of all NASA facilities and collateral equipment at the SLF, and will conduct a tri-annual real property inventory inspection of said facilities and collateral equipment to ensure that it is being properly used and accounted for throughout the Term, SPFL shall protect and maintain the all property at the SLF assigned to SPFL.
