SLF definition

SLF means the site/s where the Concessionaire conducts a final and safe disposal of Residual Inert Matter, Residual Solid Waste and inert waste, which is designed with protective measures against pollution of ground water, surface water and fugitive air dust, wind-blown litter, bad odour, fire hazard, animal menace, bird menace, pests or rodents, green-house gas emissions, persistent organic pollutants slope instability and erosion in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
SLF means a Supportive Living Facility under the Supportive Living Program for the frail elderly, administered by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.
SLF means School License Fee Term: the Initial Period Total Revenue: the total income/revenue generated by Lettings Provider in relation to its use and occupation of the School Facilities. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include cleaning fees charged to the Facility User, equipment hire or provision of additional staff to provide specialist services. User Prices: as defined in clause 11.1 and detailed in Schedule 5Rate Card. SLF means that certain Government real property, commonly known as the Shuttle Landing Facility ("SLF"), which under this Agreement SPFL is entitled to occupy, develop, operate, and maintain for the purposes set forth herein, and which is more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto, together with the infrastructure, roads, streets, sidewalks, utilities, fencing, fixtures and improvements located thereon, made by NASA, and existing at the time of signature of the agreement. The property is generally located south of Beach Road, west of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway, and north of Banana Creek.
SLF means the sanitary landfill identified by the Authority for safe and scientific disposal of the Residual Inert Matter and any Residual Waste. Sq. ft. means square feet. Statutory Auditors means a reputable firm of chartered accountants acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof, for the time being in force, and appointed in accordance with Clause 23.2.

Clearing systems provide an SLF to their members to avoid delivery fails. DMOs provide an SLF to their PDs to enhance the liquidity of the secondary market in government securities by helping PDs to comply with their commitment to quote firm two-way prices.
