Simplewire Network definition

Simplewire Network means Simplewire’s telecommunications network, including without limitation Simplewire’s SMSC, the Simplewire Carriers, Simplewire’s routing system, and the technical connectivity used to send/receive Wireless Messages.

  • Customer agrees that any data retrieved from the Preview Messaging System may be used for pricing, marketing information, reporting, Content formatting, or routing of Messages, provided that: (a) Messages have or will be eventually transmitted through the Simplewire Network; (b) Messages are not eventually transmitted through a non-Simplewire route including email gateways; or (c) Messages will never be transmitted in the future.

  • Simplewire shall provide to Customer the following methods of access to the Simplewire Network; via Software Development Kits (SDK), via the HTTP Protocol using a web service request/response method, and/or via the Short Message Peer to Peer (SMPP) protocol.

  • If Customer is utilizing the SMPP protocol, Simplewire will only deliver a mobile originated message when Customer is bound into the Simplewire Network.

  • Simplewire shall provide Customer with Delivery Receipts for all messages on the Simplewire Network where Delivery Receipts are available.

  • Customer agrees to maintain all security regarding their account ID, password, and connectivity with the Simplewire Network.

  • Simplewire will make all efforts to guarantee the delivery of mobile originated messages and as such will retry HTTP Posts for up to 24 hours into Customer’s Application until the Simplewire Network receives an acknowledgement from the Customer’s Application that the Message has been received.

  • Customer is responsible for all messages transmitted to the Simplewire Network.

Related to Simplewire Network

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • PSTN means the Public Switched Telephone Network.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure Authentication.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.
